We have experience of devising and implementing feasibility studies to serve the diverse needs of organisations ranging from the corporate to the public sector, and include community and voluntary bodies. Typically, you will require a feasibility study at the start of a project development phase.  The conclusion will provide you with the confidence to continue with the concept, or will point to deficiencies that can then be corrected before continuing with more substantial investment.

•  Economic feasibility, or cost/benefit analysis.  This is used to ensure that the benefits outweigh the costs, and will normally look carefully at development and operating (or delivery) costs.  If you are a corporate sector client, you will also expect to see an analysis of the time required to achieve a return on investments.

•  Technical feasibility.  This will typically explore how well a proposed action will address the identified needs or issues.
•  Market feasibility.  This typically involves testing the market capacities for a given activity or service.
•  Social and Cultural feasibility.  We have worked with clients who need to see the outcomes of their project on the local and general culture. For example, environmental factors very often need to be considered.
